AF Video: The “Dumbing Down” of Universities

At AF’s July roundtable on Higher Education, Jenna Robinson of the Pope Center for Higher Education Policy, spoke about the “dumbing down” or American universities in response to the enrollment bubble. In this video, Jenna says the exponential increase in college attendees over the last half-century has forced universities to lower academic standards, inflate grades, and offer remedial courses, and award watered-down degrees with dubious value.
