Chinese President Hu Jintao’s first visit to the United States seemed to be lackluster, despite the abundance of issues ââ?‰?? from trade to human rights to Iran’s nuclear program ââ?‰?? that confront the Sino-U.S. relationship. Was the visit a success? A failure? What were the accomplishments?
