Chicago event: What does a libertarian foreign policy look like?
Should the US intervene in foreign countries’ affairs?
Or are there other, better ways — like free trade — to have an influence on other people?
What does a libertarian foreign policy look like?
As Chicago hosts this year’s NATO summit, conflicts continue in the Middle East, and economic nationalization occurs in Latin America, many are left wondering what a foreign policy based on the ideas of Hayek and Friedman would resemble. Join AFF-Chicago for a roundtable discussion on these issues on May 16th. Panelists include international political consultant Henrik Rasmussen, and Chicago Young Republicans Political Director John Giokaris, and liberty activist Scott Davis.
When: Wednesday, May 16th, 2012, 6 PM (cocktails) 7 PM (program)
Where: Ontourage, 157 West Ontario Street, Chicago
Cost: Free admission with membership or $10 per person
