Justice Antonin Scalia

On October 8th, America’s Future Foundation will host another in our Leadership Dinner Series, our special guest this evening will be Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, author of the recent, DC vs. Heller decision, and author of the book, Making Your Case: The Author of Persuading Judges. Justice Scalia will offer insights from his book as well as valuable advice for young professionals. Books will be availabe for purchase and Justice Scalia will host a signing after the dinner.

This event will take place on October 8th, reception begins at 6:30pm at The Arts Club of Washington (2017 I St. NW) The Leadership Dinner Seriesis reserved for Partner level and above members so upgrade today!

Leadership Dinner: Robert Novak

On Wednesday, March 12, AFF will present the next installment of its Leadership Dinner Series, featuring journalist Robert Novak, author of Prince of Darkness, a memoir of his life as a political journalist and pundit in Washington, D.C. Please join us as Mr. Novak shares valuable advice on how to make a career out of writing, imparts his ideals, and discloses inestimable guidance on how to make the greatest impact as a public speaker.

On Thursday, July 26th AFF will present the next installment in its Leadership Dinner Series, featuring Judge James P. Gray, author of “Why Our Drug Laws Have Failed and What We Can Do About It.” Based on his personal experience as a federal prosecutor and a trial judge in California, Gray makes a conservative case against the folly of the war on drugs–the taxpayer expense, the heartbreaking effects, and the resulting dangers to our liberty. Join us as Judge Gray offers a road map for what the next generation of conservative and libertarian leaders can do to take on one of our most vexing public policy issues.

We’re pleased to announce the kick off of our new program at AFF — our Leadership Speaker Series dinners. The first dinner will be on Tuesday, March 14, with Ken Mehlman, Chairman of the Republican National Committee and Tony Blankley, former press secretary to Newt Gingrich, and editorial page editor of the Washington Times.

Chairman Mehlman and Mr. Blankley will be addressing the leadership topic: “From Private to Public Figure: Managing your public persona, while maintaining loyalty to your boss.” There will be a reception from 6:30 – 7:00pm and then dinner and discussion from 7:00pm to 9:00pm, at the Fund for American Studies, 1706 New Hampshire Ave, NW near Dupont Circle.
