Exploring the Texas Craft Beer Case

Join AF Houston for a discussion on the Texas Craft Beer Case with Arif Panju of the Institute for Justice.

Arif will be joining us from Austin to discuss the case he is managing that is a constitutional challenge to a law around distribution rights. This law that requires craft brewers in Texas to give part of their businesses to distributors for free, even though they never earned it and don’t deserve it.

We’ve picked one of our favorite craft breweries in Htown and are excited to host our event at 8th Wonder! Join us in the east room for this event on Wednesday, August 23rd at 7PM. Every attendee will receive tokens for free drinks and will walk away with a souvenir glass and a lot of new knowledge on regulations around the craft brew industry.
