Dr. Tokarev began his career as a Soviet economist, but became passionate about liberty after the collapse of the Soviet Union. He is now an associate professor of economics at Northwood University and holds a Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University and a M.S. from UCTM, Bulgaria. Join us as he shares his extraordinary story.
