The Economics of Alcohol and the Evolution of Cocktails

April 18, 2018 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

District Distilling Co.

1414 U Street Northwest, Washington, DC, 20009

Join America’s Future for a night of liberty and cocktails! We will discuss how prohibition laws affected the alcohol market and led to some of our favorite drinks.

We’ll hear from Peter Suderman, managing editor of reason.com, the online platform of Reason magazine. He writes regularly on health care, the federal budget, tech policy, and pop culture.

Appetizers and cocktail samples will be available, followed by a reception with happy hour priced drinks. We hope to see you there!
