And John McCormack points to an excellent post rounding up the double standard on threatening the president: Not so bad when it’s Bush, bloody awful when it’s Obama and a health care townhall is on. Just remember: Carrying a sign calling for the death of then-President Bush while a war is raging is the highest form of patriotism; carrying a sign threatening Barack Obama is the worst thing ever.
