The Columbus Chapter of America’s Future Foundation hosted Assistant Majority Floor Leader John Adams on May 7th at Due Amici in downtown Columbus. Representative Adams spoke to a group of approximately 50 individuals about Ohio’s Budget process in the House of Representatives. He discussed a typical piece of legislation and gave insight into the budgetary process, noting that there are several proposed tax bills that need to be struck down. The session was followed by a lively question and answer session. Representatives Margie Conditt, Andy Thomson and Tim Brown were also in attendance.
