The Federalist Society seeks an assistant director to help manage the logistics for our Regulatory Transparency Project (RegProject.org). The Assistant Director will schedule and coordinate all in-person and teleconference meetings for twelve expert working groups. This task will include coordinating dozens of schedules at a time, ordering catering, setting up and breaking down conference rooms, keeping a record of member attendance, and tracking reimbursements. The position will also manage e-mail campaigns, prepare the biweekly project newsletter and other periodic reports, and publish daily content at FedSoc.org, RegProject.org, and social media sites. An ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree and work experience or military service is a bonus.
