You just can't make this stuff up

The NCEW held a panel over the weekend on the Little Rock 9, with Jim Johnson, one of the original segregationist principals, speaking for the minority. When Johnson took the podium, he said in a slow southern drawl that he felt like a bastard at a family reunion.

In a word, yeah. I’ve never heard a better argument against states’ rights.
