Join America’s Future-California for the launch of our new Pizza, Pints, and Policy series—an informal gathering that brings together young professionals and policy thinkers for candid conversations about the issues shaping our cities and our future. With good food, cold drinks, and lively discussion, this series is designed to make policy approachable, engaging, and grounded in real-world perspectives.
Our first event will tackle one of the most urgent challenges facing communities across the country: housing. From land-use regulations and zoning reform to the rise of YIMBY (“Yes In My Backyard”) advocacy and the ongoing affordability crisis, we’ll explore what’s driving the housing shortage and what practical solutions might look like at the local and state level.
