AF-Capital Hub: Summer Picnic Series (May)

We’re continuing our FREE summer picnic series: this month we are headed out to Vienna!

Join us for a leisurely Sunday to meet new friends at a lovely picnic. Grab your own brunch, some snacks or dessert, and something to sit or lay on and picnic with us. (We will aim to be socially distanced between household groups.)

Feel free to bring anything else that would make the picnic more fun! Your family? A Kite? A guitar? A frisbee or football or toys for the kidos? A leashed and friendly dog? A cool policy topic to dissect? By all means!

This month, we’re meeting at Nottoway Park in Vienna, VA. The park has abundant parking and is also in walking distance from the Vienna Metro on the Orange Line.

The picnic area is near the park restroom facilities, volleyball court, and playground. You can grab lunch to-go from one of the lovely restaurants off Maple Ave in downtown Vienna.

This is a continuing event series, so keep your eye out for more Summer Picnics in the Capital Hub Area each month. This event is for young professionals and young families (22-40).
