AF-Chicago: Mayoral Forum on the Chicago Dream

AF-Chicago is hosting a Mayoral Forum on their Chicago Dream initiative in partnership with the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City.

Please join America’s Future and the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) on Presidents’ Day with candidates running to be the next mayor of Chicago for our Chicago Mayoral Forum. We will have a roundtable discussion with candidates regarding this year’s initiative on the “Chicago Dream” which encompasses a SAFE Chicago where people can live and thrive through free enterprise, limited government, capitalism, and entrepreneurship. Our initiative has a strong small business focus.

We have partnered with the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC). They focus on supporting inner-city small businesses through inclusive economic prosperity in under-resourced communities through innovative research and programs to create jobs, income, and wealth for local residents. We’re happy to welcome small business owners from ICIC to join this discussion. 

All mayoral candidates are invited. Candidates joining this discussion include former Chicago Public School CEO Paul Vallas, Ald. Roderick Sawyer, and community activist, Ja’Mal Green. We’re very excited to welcome all candidates on the ballot, and more candidate confirmations are expected later in the week.
