AF-Columbus Donation Drive for HOPE Resource Center

AF-Columbus is holding a supplies drive for HOPE Resource Center from January 11 to January 16! Donations can be dropped off at the Key Bank Building Lobby (entrance off Third St.) Monday through Friday, and at Peace, Love, and Little Donuts Worthington on Saturday from 10AM to Noon.

HOPE Resource Center, a part of Garrett Recovery, provides compassionate care to those in active addiction and provides them with the resources they need to enrich and transform their lives. In addition to offering care and resources, HOPE also provides women with food, personal hygiene products, first aid, condoms, clothing, and naloxone kits, and offers a weekly recovery management support group conducted by trained staff in trauma and addiction therapy.

Requested supplies: new or very gently used clothing (small sizes), package of socks, bottled water, jars of peanut butter and jelly, pack of individual fruit, pudding, or applesauce cups, box of breakfast bars or pop tarts, box of Ziploc sandwich bags, and boxes of hygiene wipes.

Be sure to also drop your business card in the donation box!— each donation made Monday, January 11 through Friday, January 15 will equal one entry for an AF 2021 Basic Membership voucher, a $20 Amazon gift card, or a $20 local restaurant gift card. The first 5 people to bring a donation on Saturday, January 16 at Peace, Love, and Little Donuts will receive a free coffee and donut.
