About Lydia Ocampo:
Lydia is the Network Engagement Specialist at Talent Market. She manages entry to mid-level searches and works on outreach to young professionals as part of Talent Market’s Network Engagement Initiative. This includes presenting to various groups, attending events, and connecting individuals with opportunities in the free-market world.
She started her career with Young Americans for Liberty. During her time with YAL she wore many hats including Southeast Regional Director, Intern Coordinator, and Director of Operations. She is also a Koch Associate Program alumni.
