AF-Raleigh: 2nd Saturday City Cleanup and Happy Hour

Join us to clean up our city and have a drink on us!

On the second Saturday of each month, AF-Raleigh is bringing our community together to walk around a neighborhood and pick up litter. Each month we will meet at a different brewery and walk from there to clean up our city. Litter cleanup will happen between 3:05 PM and 4:10 PM. Afterwords, from 4:10 PM to 5:10 PM, we are buying everyone a drink!

Remember to bring your walking shoes. Gloves, tools, and trash cans will be provided. We will journey out in teams, each led by a local leader who has water, a first aid kit, and (most importantly) snacks!

We will also be joined by surprise guests and speakers each month who will give insight into the importance of activism, volunteerism, and community engagement.

ADDITIONALLY: Each quarter, we will be hosting a special event to honor and thank our volunteers. You must attend Second Saturday or AF volunteer events to be invited.
