“Fear Your Future” – A Book Party Happy Hour
January 15, 2020 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
1 Dupont Circle Northwest , Washington, DC ,
Despite the habit of older generations to caricature millennials as entitled or thin-skinned, is there truth to the idea that our generation is facing unique economic challenges? In his latest book, Fear Your Future: How the Deck Is Stacked against Millennials and Why Socialism Would Make It Worse, Philip Klein examines how the public policy decisions of recent decades have led to a skyrocketing cost of living, student loan crisis, and ballooning national debt that have created serious obstacles for millennials’ chances at prosperity.
Join us on January 15, 6-8 PM, at The Admiral, to hear from the author and network with other DC young professionals. Light appetizers will be provided, and your first drink is on us! Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
