The Future of the Millennial Vote with John Tillman

May 2, 2017 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Elephant and Castle

185 North Wabash, Chicago,

In 2008 and 2012, the Millennial vote helped deliver the presidency for Barack Obama. In 2016, Millennials went for Hillary Clinton, but by a lower margin than they turned out for Obama. And, more of them chose a third party than had in previous cycles.

Who are Millennial voters? What do they want? How do they view government and the political parties? What role did the political choices made by the Baby Boomers play in making Millennials who they are today? And what does this all mean for the future of the country and for lovers of liberty?

Join AFF-Chicago as we host John Tillman, CEO of the Illinois Policy Institute, for a discussion on The Future of the Millennial Vote.

John Tillman is one of the nation’s most prominent leaders of a state-based think tank. As CEO of the Illinois Policy Institute, John has transformed what many wrote off as a blue state into a place ripe for free-market reform. Read more about John here.
