André Kennebrew currently serves as the Director of Relationships for Lifeshape International. His  professional experience includes 15 years of recruiting and selecting top talent for Chick-fil-A and guiding Chick-fil-A’s Staff Selection and Leadership Development Program for nearly a decade. He estimates that he has conducted more than 7,500 interviews in his career! Prior to joining Chick-fil-A in 2006, he served for four years as the administrative pastor at Mount Moriah Church in Tucker, Georgia. Mr. Kennebrew is a graduate of Davidson College where he was a three-year starter and letterman in football. He also earned a Master of Ministry from Luther Rice Seminary.
