On Wednesday, April 19th join AF and André Kennebrew for lunch while he shares lessons from his 30  years of experience in executive leadership and talent development. Participants can expect to learn about the value of mentorship and building intentional relationships, and will walk away with a clearer idea of the skills it takes to be an effective leader, no matter your current role. André Kennebrew currently serves as the Director of Relationships for Lifeshape International. His  professional experience includes 15 years of recruiting and selecting top talent for Chick-fil-A and guiding Chick-fil-A’s Staff Selection and Leadership Development Program for nearly a decade. He estimates that he has conducted more than 7,500 interviews in his career! Prior to joining Chick-fil-A in 2006, he served for four years as the administrative pastor at Mount Moriah Church in Tucker, Georgia. Mr. Kennebrew is a graduate of Davidson College where he was a three-year starter and letterman in football. He also earned a Master of Ministry from Luther Rice Seminary.
