About the Center for American Liberty
Founded in 2018, the Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to defending the Free Speech rights and civil liberties of Americans left behind by civil rights legacy organizations. The Constitution guarantees individual liberty rights, but there is a coordinated assault on our civil liberties from corporations, politicians, socialist revolutionaries, and inept or biased government officials.

Founded by Harmeet Dhillon, The Center for American Liberty is leading the fight against this assault on liberty by holding those who destroy civil liberties accountable through the courts. Having won 3 religious liberty cases at the U.S. Supreme Court in 2021 on behalf of faithful Californians challenging Governor Newsoms various COVID restrictions, the Center for American Liberty is now litigating Free Speech and civil liberties cases against Twitter, Rose City Antifa, Kaiser hospitals, and various school districts across the country.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Communications Director is responsible for expanding the Center for American Liberty’s brand recognition by promoting the organization’s extensive litigation work nationally. The Communications Director will work closely with the Executive Director to develop a growth-focused strategic communications plan for the Center.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead the communications efforts for an organization that is working on issues that strongly resonate with Americans. The Center for American Liberty is at the forefront of some of the most significant civil liberties issues of our time: challenging the constitutionality of Big Government’s collusion with Big Tech to censor unfavorable political speech on social media platforms, challenging the constitutionality of public schools’ efforts to socially “transition” a child’s gender behind parents’ backs, suing doctors and hospitals who perform barbaric surgical gender transitions on minors absent informed consent, defending religious freedom from government overreach, and defending the rights of parents to speak out at school board meetings.
