SENIOR MANAGER, STRATEGY
R Street Institute
The R Street Institute—a free-market think tank headquartered in Washington, D.C., with regional offices across the country—seeks a senior manager of strategy to be part of a team that will help us grow from $8 to $20 million-plus in the next few years. This person will report to the Director of Strategy and support strategic initiatives aimed at scaling the business. If you want to join an energetic organization and do something extraordinary, this may be just the opportunity you need.
Your typical day at R Street may include coordinating strategic planning efforts across policy teams; coordinating resourcing, budgeting and programming P&L with the finance team; helping the business development team align program-level goals with fundraising plans; defining metrics and targets for evaluating outcomes with the policy and government affairs teams; or project managing new product-development initiatives. Priorities for this role include aligning program-level goals and structures with organization-level goals, and coordinating strategic elements across organization-wide functions and processes.
