Trying to build a writing career? Want one-on-one mentoring? Care to meet well-known DC writers and receive training on how to get published? Sessions are held Tuesdays for accepted Fellows and include featured writers and journalists in DC along with small group workshops to enhance Fellows’ writing abilities. Fellows are mentored and introduced to distinguished and published writers during the program. Food and beverages are provided during the sessions. Interested in today's top policy issues or timely professional development topics? Held every other month, AFF Roundtables focus on issues facing young professionals today and often feature a robust discussion of libertarian and conservative perspectives. This program is organized by the AFF Roundtable Committee. Enjoy a networking reception followed by a unique and dynamic panel of rising leaders. If you have a few years of experience and expertise in your field, you may be interested in submitting a potential panel speaker form.
