An idle thought…

What if Barack Obama has been all “forgive and forget” on enhanced interrogations because he knew what the CIA and others were doing all along? He was, after all, on the Foreign Relations and Homeland Security Committees during his all-too-brief tenure in the Senate. Top legislators were repeatedly briefed on the issue. One wonders just how often President Obama’s name would pop up on Rep. Hoekstra’s requested list — and, if he is on it, just how often he raised any objections to the interrogative methods so vilified in the last few days.
