The humor of it all…

I’m not being obtuse, I swear. But … I do find it kind of funny that a number of bloggers have been s—ing themselves over whether or not Bush might have violated a treaty (and, in the process, the Constitution), while Barack Obama’s nominee for the Secretary of State would clearly be violating the Constitution by accepting her nomination as the same bloggers say nothing.
