We’re Growing! America’s Future Is Hiring Two Full-Time Team Members

From fellowships and professional development programs to events and community-building initiatives, our mission has always centered on investing in people.

Today, we’re excited to announce that we’re growing our team and hiring for two full-time positions in Washington, DC!

As our community continues to expand, we’re looking for talented individuals who are passionate about connecting people, building systems, and helping the next generation of leaders thrive.

Community Engagement Manager

We’re seeking a highly organized, energetic, and people-oriented professional to serve as our next Community Engagement Manager.

This role sits at the intersection of community building, digital marketing, event execution, and operations. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys bringing people together, creating engaging content, supporting memorable events, and ensuring the behind-the-scenes details run smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

-Building relationships with community members, fellows, and partner organizations

-Supporting America’s Future’s social media and digital marketing efforts

-Creating short-form video content and event coverage

-Assisting with email marketing and audience engagement

-Coordinating DC-based events and volunteer teams

-Managing office operations, systems, and member-facing programming

This is a one-year role through the Koch Associate Program with the potential to transition into a long-term position at America’s Future.

Chief Talent Officer

We’re also hiring a Chief Talent Officer, a senior leadership role that will play a defining part in shaping the future of America’s Future and the broader liberty movement.

The Chief Talent Officer will build and manage America’s Future’s talent infrastructure—creating pathways that help identify, develop, connect, and place rising leaders throughout the freedom movement. This role will oversee everything from recruitment and fellowship engagement to alumni development, membership growth, and strategic partnerships.

Key areas of focus include:

-Building talent pipelines and leadership pathways

-Developing systems to improve engagement and retention

-Launching and growing America’s Future’s membership program

-Strengthening alumni and community engagement

-Building partnerships across the liberty movement

-Managing Salesforce-based talent tracking and reporting systems

This role is ideal for an experienced leader who is both strategic and execution-oriented, with a passion for developing people and strengthening institutions.
