America’s Future Expands Its Professional Development Programs with Two New Fall Fellowships

By: Chloe Anagnos

A free society depends on more than good ideas – it depends on people who can communicate them effectively and lead organizations that advance them.

That’s why we’re excited to announce that applications are now open for two new Fall 2026 professional development opportunities: the Digital Marketing Fellowship and the Lead Fellowship.

Whether you’re looking to sharpen your communications skills or prepare for the next stage of your leadership journey, these fellowships are designed to equip the next generation of liberty-minded professionals with practical tools they can immediately apply in their careers and communities.

Digital Marketing Fellowship

In today’s world, ideas only matter if they reach people. Successful organizations need communicators who understand how to build audiences, create compelling content, and execute strategic digital campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Fellowship is a seven-session virtual program designed for professionals working in communications, marketing, advocacy, nonprofit leadership, public affairs, and related fields. Participants will gain hands-on experience developing integrated digital marketing campaigns while learning from industry experts and collaborating with peers from across the country.

Throughout the fellowship, participants will learn how to:

  • Build strategic digital marketing campaigns from the ground up
  • Create engaging social media and email content
  • Develop paid advertising strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok
  • Reach and grow targeted audiences
  • Measure campaign performance and improve results
  • Complete a professional-quality digital marketing campaign for their portfolio

The fellowship will be led by Emily Bleazard, founder of Blaz Digital, whose work has supported more than 50 free-market organizations and advocacy campaigns across all 50 states. With over a decade of experience managing millions of dollars in advertising, training communications professionals around the world, and helping mission-driven organizations grow their impact, Emily brings both strategic expertise and practical experience to the classroom.

Classes meet virtually on Thursday evenings from September 17 through November 5, with applications closing September 7.

Lead Fellowship

As organizations across the country experience a historic leadership transition, the need for capable, principled leaders has never been greater.

Nearly 10,000 Baby Boomers retire every day, while Millennials and Gen Z continue stepping into management and executive roles. The Lead Fellowship is designed to help rising professionals meet that moment with confidence.

Over six weeks, participants will develop a leadership philosophy grounded in freedom, strengthen practical management skills, and build relationships with an exceptional network of peers and mentors.

Participants will explore topics including:

  • Strategic planning
  • Budgeting and organizational management
  • Human resources fundamentals
  • Leadership mindset development
  • Team building and organizational culture
  • Long-term career growth

The fellowship is led by Meredith Turney, Senior Director of Leadership and Talent Development at State Policy Network and a Certified Professional Coach. Drawing on years of experience coaching leaders and helping organizations build strong cultures, Meredith equips participants with practical leadership tools that extend far beyond the classroom.

Previous guest speakers have included leaders from organizations such as the American Enterprise Institute, State Policy Network, Talent Market, and former Congressman Bob Inglis.

Classes are held virtually on Tuesday evenings from September 22 through November 10, with applications also closing September 7.

Invest in Your Future

America’s Future has spent decades investing in the people who will shape the future of the liberty movement. These fellowships continue that tradition by providing practical, career-focused training rooted in the principles of free markets, limited government, and personal responsibility.

Whether your passion is telling compelling stories through digital media or leading organizations that strengthen civil society, these programs offer an opportunity to grow alongside talented professionals from across the country.

Applications for both fellowships are now open, and space is limited.

If you’re ready to develop new skills, expand your professional network, and help advance the ideas of liberty, we encourage you to apply today!
