Leadership isn’t just about taking on more, it’s about learning how to manage what you’re already carrying.

Sustainable Leadership is designed for community leaders, young professionals, entrepreneurs, nonprofit professionals, volunteers, and anyone balancing a career with a commitment to making an impact.

This conversation will provide practical strategies to help you:

• Set healthy boundaries while remaining an effective and dependable leader.
• Better manage your time across work, leadership, family, and community commitments.
• Recognize when your responsibilities are becoming unsustainable.
• Know when to say yes, when to say no, and when to delegate.
• Develop habits that support long-term leadership and personal growth.
• Connect with other Detroit-area leaders navigating many of the same challenges.

Your Community Needs You for the Long Haul

Making an impact shouldn’t mean running yourself into the ground. The strongest leaders aren’t the ones who try to do everything, they’re the ones who learn how to lead in a way they can sustain.

If you’re constantly being pulled in different directions, saying yes to everything, struggling to protect your time, or trying to balance your career with your commitment to your community, this conversation is for you.

Come ready for an open and practical conversation with fellow Detroiters doing meaningful work. You’ll leave with new connections, actionable strategies, and a clearer plan for protecting your time while continuing to make an impact in your community.

Free registration includes:

• Two drink tickets
• Finger foods
• An opportunity to connect with fellow liberty-minded professionals and leaders in Detroit
