The world today looks frightening for the United States. Conflicts rage in the Ukraine and the Middle East. Fear is growing of war in the coming years with Iran, Russia, or China. Our recent foreign policy history is littered with disasters like the invasion of Iraq or the collapse of Afghanistan. Why do we keep ending up in endless, unsuccessful wars and dangerous geopolitical positions? Join us as we dig into the often-unexamined assumptions that lurk behind our post-Cold War foreign policy fiascos.
