Buffet featuring Buffalo favorites, open bar, roundtable discussion.

Join us for a roundtable discussion by local professionals on the inevitable consequences of business and government getting in bed together.

Sometimes referred to as “cronyism,” “corporatism,” or “state capitalism,” this phenomenon is all around us as American citizens today.

Featured panelists include Jim Ostrowski, Ludwig Von Mises Institute scholar and writer for LewRockwell.org; Jason Sorens, professor of political science at SUNY Buffalo, Mercatus Center scholar, and founder of the Free State Project; Chris Smith, journalist at Artvoice Magazine and founder of Cash Mob; and Bryan McCannon, professor of economics at St. Bonaventure University.

Wednesday, October 24th from 7-10 PM at Coles Restaurant & Bar, 3rd Floor Banquet Room, 1104 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo.

This is a strictly non-partisan event. All local professionals and young leaders of independent thought in the Buffalo community are encouraged to attend!

Though open to the public, we must ask for a firm RSVP, as seating is limited.

RSVP’s and questions can be sent to [email protected]. Please be prepared to show photo ID at the bar.
