Mini Soapbox Speeches

You’ve heard experts and panelists make their arguments at AF-Chicago events. Now it’s your turn!

We’ll welcome five people from the AF-Chicago audience to make their 5-7 minute pitch for a policy or idea to the crowd and then defend their argument by taking questions from the crowd.

To sign up to speak, please email [email protected] with your proposed topic. Or, come prepared to press your fellow AFers on their ideas with challenging questions.

Cocktail hour starts at 6:00 pm, and speeches will start at 6:30 pm. RSVP in advance to receive two drink tickets and complimentary food.
