Personal Finance Can Save the Millennials

March 16, 2022 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Hillsdale College Kirby Center

227 Massachusetts Ave. NE, Washington, D.C., DC 20002

It’s hard to know where to begin with finances. Parents can have outdated ideas that don’t suit the modern lifestyle or your personal values… schools rarely teach how to write a check, let alone how to open an IRA or what it is. And where do we start with stocks!? It’s overwhelming!

So we want to help! Folks think Millennials and Gen Zers are falling behind because we are lazy, but that’s not true! We do care, but we want advice that fits our values in digestible pieces.

In this conversation, Patrick Nalepa will break down the mental barriers and implicit biases that hold us back from achieving true financial freedom. He’ll focus on tactics that will help eliminate debt and accumulate wealth, ultimately empowering us to attain our life-long goals. Join this lively discussion to jumpstart your financial journey!

Drinks and light apps are included in the ticket.

While this event will offer helpful tactics for finances, these do not fit everyone and their unique situations. For advices specific to you, please speak with a financial planner or your accountant.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Patrick Nalepa is the owner and principal of Nalepa Financial Consulting, LLC. He graduated with a BA in Financial Management from Hillsdale College and, upon graduation, began working for a boutique financial planning firm in Michigan. He worked there for over three years creating financial plans and strategies for clients of all ages and financial backgrounds. This is why he created Nalepa Financial Consulting: to coach, empower, and educate the next generation.
