The Fight for Atlanta’s Food Trucks

Join the AF-Atlanta chapter and Americans for Prosperity Georgia on Wednesday, March 23 for networking and an informative panel discussion on the fight for food truck owners taking place right now in the Golden Dome.

Across the state, food truck owners are fighting for the flexibility to operate in all counties, without the complicated red tape. There are 159 counties in Georgia, 29 counties in metro Atlanta alone, and with separate permits and inspections being required by each county, these Food Truck owners are struggling to survive with fees upwards of $20,000.

The panel discussion will include Tony Harrison, the President of the Food Truck Association of Georgia, Tony West, the Deputy State Director for Americans for Prosperity Georgia, along with other speakers.

Parking Info

Bold Monk Brewing Co. has two parking lots. The front lot is accessible off the first right on Ellsworth Industrial Blvd NW, if that lot is full continue on that road and take the next right, following that road to the back lot. Both parking lots have access to the brewery’s main entrance.
