What’s the Real Reason Michigan Schools Are Failing?

Join AF-Detroit for a virtual balanced discussion on the state of public education in Michigan. The general public is often surprised by the desire of some educators to develop public schools into private schools or support “privatization.” We don’t usually consider handing over our education into the hands of private, for-profit corporations. Turning the operation of public schools over to private companies is a controversial idea, which we look forward to tackling in our discussion.
