America’s Future, the nation’s largest network of young professionals advocating for limited government and free enterprise, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hannah Ruth Earl as its new Executive Director, effective March 18, 2024.

Hannah brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in nonprofit management, making her the ideal leader to drive America’s Future forward. With a passion for storytelling and talent development, Hannah will play a crucial role in advancing the organization’s mission and vision.

Regarding the transition, Richard Lorenc, the chair of our board of directors, thanked Cindy for her exemplary service since 2018:

“Cindy has led effectively and graciously during a pivotal era in AF’s history–growing chapters, fellowships, partnerships, and AF’s overall brand in the liberty movement. On behalf of the board of directors, I thank Cindy for her dedication to building our organization and developing so many young professionals to be effective leaders for liberty.”

He added:

“Hannah’s background in creative and talent development stands out and makes her uniquely positioned to break through the tribalism that is confusing so many young people in their worldview today. AF’s special role to play in cultivating the thinking, networks, and skills of young professionals requires the fresh strategy that Hannah has envisioned. I am excited and honored to welcome her to America’s Future as our new executive director— and the first with her own IMDB page!

AF’s Vice Chairman Peter Lipsett, who ran the search committee, had this to say,

“The search committee was impressed throughout the process at the many energetic leaders offering to lead America’s Future to its next phase of growth. Among these great candidates, Hannah’s poise, focus, and entrepreneurial drive stood out, marking her as a terrific choice for the new executive director.”

Hannah joins us from the Moving Picture Institute where she created high-impact films designed to entertain, inspire, and educate audiences with captivating stories about human freedom. She managed the Hollywood Career Launch Program which won Talent Market’s Program of the Year Award at the AF Gala & Awards Showcase in 2023. A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Hannah holds a master of arts in religion from Yale Divinity School.

Hannah shared, “I am thrilled to work alongside AF’s dedicated team and board members to cultivate the next generation of impactful leaders; I am honored to amplify the vital mission of AF and its longstanding commitment to a free society.”
