We’re excited to welcome Joe Quirk, president of The Seasteading Institute, author, and aquapreneur for a discussion on building seasteading communities, which will allow the next generation of pioneers to peacefully test new ideas for government through floating islands with unprecedented political autonomy.

We’ll explore the concept as well as ideas for construction and management of highly autonomous floating cities where residents and entrepreneurs are free to operate their own lives and businesses.
