Are YOU the leader we’ve been waiting for?

In our GO! Fellowship, you’ll gain the confidence, skills, and knowledge needed to enact meaningful change in your community as a leader.

Upon completing this 6-month fellowship, you’ll leave with the skills, relationships, and strategic plans needed to launch your own organizing project that will make a difference in your community.

From advocating for victims of domestic violence, to providing mentorship for underprivileged youth, to creating technology to advance criminal justice reform, our GO! Fellows are improving people’s lives and enacting change.

Ready to give your idea or project the support it needs?

Qualified candidates who are AF National Members will receive preferential acceptance, as well as those who live in an America’s Future Chapter or Hub city. Fellows will be paired with our Chapter and Hubs leadership, receiving hands-on experience and practice from the content they’re learning in the fellowship. Fellows in Hub and Chapter cities have the option to base their GO! project on that Chapter or Hub’s Community Initiative

Decision notifications will be sent on a rolling basis until April 24th.

Workshops will take place on May 6th, June 3rd, July 8th, August 5th, September 9th, and October 7th. Graduation and final project presentations will take place in the end of October, exact date TBA.

Each month will include the following programming:

  1. A class-based workshop with formal instruction and assignments
  2. A check-in with a knowledgeable organizing mentor
  3. An optional “study group” meet-up to ask outstanding questions and get additional support

Graduation is dependent on completing all assignments and building a complete project & strategic plan that is ready to launch by program completion.

Marcos Lopez is a passionate advocate for free-market principles, individual rights, and limited government. Currently serving as the Outreach & Coalitions Director for the Nevada Policy Research Institute, Marcos is deeply involved in government affairs and coalition development across the state. Simultaneously, he serves as GO! Fellowship Program Manager at America’s Future. Born and raised in Miami, his journey led him to Nevada in 2015, driven by his commitment to protecting economic opportunities, advocating for criminal justice reform, and championing school choice.

Despite his aversion to cold weather, his advocacy extends far beyond the sunny confines of his home states, resonating across nine states and Washington D.C. Away from his advocacy work, Marcos finds joy in staying physically active, cherishing moments with loved ones, and savoring the aroma of fine cigars.
