Join Americans Future Southeast and the Americans for Prosperity Foundation on Thursday, February 16, for a panel discussion on how Certificate of Need (CoN) laws are making healthcare a headache for countless Georgians.

Come learn how Georgia’s CoN laws have led to higher healthcare costs, fewer hospitals and hospital beds, and a significant lack of access to healthcare for rural Georgians.

It’s time to dive deep into Georgia’s Certificate of Need Laws and hear from a panel experts on how we can make it so that healthcare is no longer a headache.

We’ve invited Hannah Cox, co-founder and President of BASED Politics to moderate and guide us through this important discussion.

Our panelists include Rep. Scott Hilton (HD-48), Joe Luppino-Esposito, the deputy legal policy director at Pacific Legal Foundation, and Charlie Katebi, a senior health policy analyst for Americans for Prosperity.
