We are hosting a panel with speakers from a variety of backgrounds, including Dr. Thomas Hogan (Assistant Professor of Finance, Troy University), Dr. Adam Millsap (Research Fellow, Mercatus Center), and Rachel Reese (Research Assistant, Cato Institute), moderated by Stefanie Haeffele-Balch (Deputy Director of Academic and Student Programs, Mercatus Center).
