Career advice in three words?
Tenacity, adaptability, resilience

I am involved in America’s Future to bring the greatest minds of the liberty movement and make their ideas accessible and impactful for and from the AF Community.
Define leadership in one sentence?
Leadership means building a team who takes pride in their work and respects their team members. It means giving your team an organic reason to care about doing the best work and being dependable. This is achieved through being a supportive leader and fostering a free and open environment that encourages questions and ideas. Micromanagement is the enemy of effective leadership.
What’s your morning routine?
When I get up in the morning, I catch the morning headlines and cook breakfast with fresh, healthy ingredients.
What’s your coffee order?
Black Coffee, Cold Brew, or a Cortado
What books/magazines are you currently reading? Any podcasts?
I am a subscriber and regular listener to Commentary’s podcast and magazine. I am also a big fan of AEI’s “What The Hell is Going On?” podcast. Currently, I am reading a book on ornament in architecture and 1776.
What do you wish you could go back and tell yourself at the beginning of your career?
Never be afraid to ask about implementing your ideas. Most of the time, the worst they can say is no, and if they say yes, it may lead to life-changing opportunities.
