How America’s Future Foundation is Inspiring the Millennial Generation for Liberty and How You Can Be a Part of It

By: AF Editors

How do you build a movement? At America’s Future Foundation, we believe movements begin in your communities. They begin in the happy hours, church groups, or local volunteer organizations, and are strengthened and reinforced through the social bonds built there. This is where points of view are discussed and ideas are debated. This is where liberty thrives. This is where movements begin.

AFF’s vision is to be the vehicle by which young professionals can introduce their peers to the principles of free markets, limited government, and personal responsibility.

In 2016, AF launched six new chapters (we now have 25 chapters), hosted over 200 events, and connected with more than 8,000 young leaders across the country. We partnered with more than 40 leading conservative and libertarian organizations to bring their ideas to young professionals throughout the country. Ideas these audiences may not have otherwise encountered. Ideas they will now discuss with their friends.

In our nation’s capitol, we brought together young liberty-minded congressional staffers for programs connecting them with policy experts and legislative leaders. AF provided career-building fellowships to aspiring writers, giving them the tools to restore balance to the media. We also expanded this opportunity to enable writers outside the beltway to participate via webcam.

Whether you’re pursuing a career in policy or you just love liberty, there are a variety of ways to get involved in our ever-growing community of young professional leaders across the U.S. and inspire the Millennial generation for liberty. Together, we are winning a generation.

Read more about how AF is working to spread the values of free markets, limited government, and personal responsibility in our 2016 Annual Report.
