The right to privacy is essential to the preservation of freedom and the Electronic Communication Privacy Act (ECPA) is designed to ensure that right. But the law was enacted in 1986 and a lot has changed in electronic communication since then. Join Google and America’s Future Foundation as we discuss how ECPA needs to be upgraded to meet the needs of a modern world.
Drinks and heavy appetizers will be provided, thanks to Google!
