The Supreme Court’s 2018 decision to strike down the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act presented states with a potential new stream of tax revenue. Moreover, proponents hailed it a victory for protecting sports’ integrity while also destroying a multibillion-dollar black market. Join AF-Columbus on November 18th for an online discussion with Guy Bentley, the director of consumer freedom research at Reason Foundation, as we explore these questions and more. The discussion will start at 6PM EST, hot-toddy and cozy blanket recommended, but not required.
