You’re telling me that one of the main lessons of sport–especially sport played at a young age–isn’t learning how to cope with failure? A 9 year old isn’t too young to understand that some people are better than he is at a sport. Getting struck out three teams in a game isn’t crushing anyone’s dreams. Give me a break. The wussification of America continues unabated…
