Nancy Pelosi, deficit hawk?

Chris Wallace seemed a bit surprised by something Nancy Pelosi told him on Fox News Sunday:

PELOSI: Fiscal discipline is central to what we do, and we can’t…

WALLACE: You’re about to pass a $1 trillion spending program. That’s not — that’s not fiscal discipline.

PELOSI: No, no. It is discipline.

I guess it’s a matter of interpretation.
