Learn more about Mike below!
1. Why did you decide to work with America’s Future?
I love hearing from local and national voices about how to create change, especially when the focus is outside of electoral politics. AF creates the environment to do that with likeminded people, free from the rigid agendas and doublespeak of political parties.
2. Career advice in three words?
Skills earn bills.
3. Define leadership in one sentence
You can’t do it all, but you can coordinate the people who can.
4. What books/magazines are you currently reading? Any podcasts?
I’ve been enjoying lots of books about the earliest eras of pharaonic Egypt (nerd alert!). I’ve also been yucking it up to The Tim Dillon Show and Blocked & Reported.
5. What do you wish you could go back and tell yourself at the beginning of your career?
Take more risks in your early days while building rare and valuable skills – you will absolutely be rewarded for it!
6. What’s your morning routine?
Stretching, double espresso, and a good book on the couch while it’s still dark out.
