Now a few months into this “new normal,” some offices are reopening and others have switched to fully virtual.

How do you land your dream job (or any job) in our new environment? Whether you just graduated or are looking to advance in your career, there’s a lot of uncertainty about how to succeed in the workplace and make an impression on hiring managers.

But don’t worry! You can gain the insight and build the skills you need to launch your career, plus network with leaders at key organizations across the country at the 2020 Fall Virtual Career Kickstarter.

So you can attend from anywhere, America’s Future Foundation and our friends at Hillsdale College: Washington, DC Campus, Talent Market, and Leadership Institute have shifted our usual “Welcome to Washington” fall event to a virtual two night program, much like we did for you this summer. We’re excited to continue expanding this event for students, recent graduates and young professionals both inside and outside the beltway.

You will hear valuable career advice on everything from networking, job seeking, interview tips, professional development, and more – all geared to help you launch a successful career and land your dream job.

Whether your city is open or you’re still quarantining, there’s advantages to expanding your network virtually. Learn the best practices for building an online network and gain insider tips for making the most of an online coffee meeting, cold email or introductions.
